PLUS

PLUS is PRACTICE

Peer-Led Undergraduate Study (PLUS) sessions allow students enrolled in challenging courses to work together on custom problem sets designed by a PLUS leader to review course content and prepare students for exams. These voluntary sessions are offered twice weekly to keep pace with the lectures. The PLUS leaders facilitating them have already completed the course (earning an A). PLUS leaders attend the classes they support to stay current with the material. Leaders also meet weekly with the instructor for guidance on their sessions.

Why Attend PLUS?

    • With regular attendance, PLUS helps students improve their class standing by one-half to one full letter grade
    • Great way to connect with other students in your class
    • Sessions designed to be fun and interactive
    • Extra guided problem-solving experience to prepare you for exams
